Conducting Electronic Business

Most administrative business at LSU Health Shreveport is conducted by electronic methods (i.e. email, self-service portal). Once students are matriculated in PeopleSoft, you will have access to perform this function.  If you cannot perform this function at this time, please wait until your record has been matriculated by the Registrar's office.  No need to contact their office.

To complete this process, you must log onto the Student Self Service portal, click on My Forms, select Electronic Consent and complete the form in order to conduct business electronically with LSU Health Shreveport.  If electronic consent is not provided or is withdrawn, no electronic transactions or electronic access will be available to you.  If you choose not to consent to conduct business electronically with the university, transactions would need to be completed in person at the appropriate office.

  • Complete “Permissions Forms” which authorizes financial aid to apply to all charges
  • Sign up for direct deposit, if service becomes available.
  • View your account summary and account balance
  • View or print a bill
  • View your financial hold status
  • Determine due charges/make an authenticated payment
  • View or print current and past 1098-T forms
  • Sign loan promissory notes, if service becomes available
