Conducting Electronic Business

Most administrative business at LSU Health Shreveport is conducted by electronic methods (i.e. email, self-service portal). You must provide your consent by logging onto the Student Self Service portal, click on My Forms, select Electronic Consent and complete the form in order to conduct business electronically with LSU Health Shreveport.  If electronic consent is not provided or is withdrawn, no electronic transactions or electronic access will be available to you.  If you choose not to consent to conduct business electronically with the university, transactions would need to be completed in person at the appropriate office.

  • View or print current and past 1098-T forms
  • Sign loan promissory notes, if service becomes available
