Thank you for your interest in our Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Training Program at Louisiana State University Health Shreveport. Our program provides a 2-year clinical and research training in both pediatric and adult allergic and immunologic disorders. The positions are fully funded by our Institution (2022/23 salary is $62,135.34 for PGY IV and $64,763.88 for PGY V). Each year we accept two candidates who completed either a pediatric or an internal medicine residency at an ACGME-accredited program. Supportive qualifications can be certification by ABP or ABIM and research or clinical experience.

Three letters of support should be mailed to ERAS fellowship document office from physicians or scientists who supervised your work in recent years, one of which should be by your residency training program director. Only completed applications will be reviewed.
