Robotic partial nephrectomy for complex masses can sometimes be a challenging procedure. It is a time-sensitive operation considering the warm ischemia time and the concomitant concern for renal function loss. Dr. Nazih Khater describes how to identify and troubleshoot these complications.

Red River Renal Symposium

We successfully held our first Red River Renal symposium on October 5, 2019. The goal of this symposium was to discuss new advances and complex issues in the management of dialysis access and general nephrology. The course provides an excellent forum for exchange of novel ideas and scientific concepts. The symposium was held here at the convention center in downtown Shreveport.
