Residency Program Coordinator
Darla McKee was born and raised in Columbia, Louisiana, a little town just south of Monroe in Caldwell Parish. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northeast Louisiana University (currently ULM). She joined the residency program as the first Family Medicine Residency Coordinator in 2000. When describing her job, she loves watching the residents during their years of residency, learn and expand their medical knowledge to become successful physicians. She and her husband Mark have a daughter and a son. In her spare time she loves to watch her kids play sports, go for walks and work with the kids in the AWANA program at her church.
