Interventional Cardiology fellowship is an accredited one-year program with one position available to fulfill all requirements and policies of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), and the Cardiovascular Disease Subspecialty of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

All applicants entering the program must have completed an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease training program to include complete training in diagnostic cardiac catheterization and coronary angiography.

Application to the program is via the Electronic Resident Application Service (ERAS).

Application checklist:

  • Universal Application
  • Curriculum Vitae including personal statement
  • Photograph (Most recent)
  • Four letters of recommendation; including one from current Program Director
  • Copy of medical school transcript
  • Official USMLE transcript
  • Copy of state license(s)
  • Copy of ECFMG certificate

Note: Graduate Medical Education and Office of Legal Affairs can assist with J-1 visa sponsorship through ECFMG. We do not sponsor or renew H1B visas.
