MOBILE TESTING INFORMATION*

*This is a screening only and not a medical evaluation. People with chronic health conditions or moderate to severe symptoms should be evaluated by a provider as soon as possible.  More locations will be added as information is made available.

Details for COVID-19 testing on May 13th, 16th, and 21st: To register for testing, call 318-402-4942. You must be at least 16-years-old with a valid ID. This will be a mobile collection site. However, walk-ins are also welcome. The testing sites are sponsored by LSU Health Shreveport, Caddo Parish Commission, SPAR, Integrity Family Medical Clinic, National Guard and One Hundred Men of Shreveport. 

DAVID RAINES CENTER:  FREE COVID-19 Testing  •  Bring ID  •  Register by calling (318) 227-3354, Testing will be done as an on-site drive-through process.

COMMUNIHEALTH CLINIC: FREE COVID-19 Testing anyone with symptoms and all ESSENTIAL WORKERS, with or without symptoms. People who wish to be screened/tested need to call the clinic at 239-8035 to schedule an appointment. You will be pre-screened by phone and given your appointment time for testing. Testing will be done as an on-site drive-through process.
