GENOMICS | Feist-Weiller Cancer Center

The Feist-Weiller Cancer Center's Center for Precision Medicine Genomics Laboratory is a CLIA/CAP accredited laboratory established in 2017 to offer clinical Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to north and central Louisiana. Our current test menu includes a large pan cancer DNA and RNA fusion panel for solid tumor testing. Our report to physicians includes tumor mutation burden (TMB), microsatellite instability (MSI), FDA approved therapies and clinical trial recommendations.
