For non-LSU Health Shreveport employees, results are reported to the ordering physician (e.g., nursing homes) or the submitting entity (e.g., David Raines). To maintain our reference lab status, the EVT Lab does not provide the result’s report to the person who was tested. For LSU Health Shreveport employees, residents, fellows and students, results are sent to their @lsuhsc.edu email address.
You can email the EVT Lab at evtl@lsuhsc.edu to confirm that the sample taken was valid and that your test was processed and the result sent out to the ordering physician or submitting entity. You can also call the Data Integrity Group at 318-813-7203 with questions about your results once they are received.
