SfRBM Regional Redox Symposium 2024
Redox mechanisms directly impact the pathophysiology of a myriad of disease states such as cardiovascular, cancer, neurological, and metabolic conditions. The burden of such diseases occurs nationwide with a predominance in the southern and midwest regions of the country. LSU Health Shreveport, which has a historical research focus on redox and free radical biology and is currently home to the NIH funded Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (CoBRE) Center for Redox Biology and Cardiovascular Disease (CRBCD), will serve as host to the Society for Redox Biology and Medicine's 2024 Regional Redox Symposium. Visit sfrbm.org for more details and to register.
