iPSC and Cell Models Core

The iPSC and Cell Models Core is led by Dr. Tarek Magdy Mohamed. The core enables the generation of genetically defined human iPSC-derived hepatocytes, CRISPR/Cas9–mediated gene editing, and primary mouse hepatocyte isolation.

Metabolomics and Machine Learning Core

The Metabolomics and Machine Learning Core provides metabolite profiling and stable-isotope tracing, molecular modeling, and machine learning to integrate datasets across transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic analysis.
