Academic Coordinator
Mrs. Danielle Hartman works with the CCDS Director and Assistant Directors in the daily management of the center, as well as the implementation of the mission and overall goals of the center. Mrs. Hartman’s responsibilities as the coordinator includes; facilitating the intramural grants/fellowships through documentation, tracking and review, coordinating guest travel and advertisement for the CCDS seminar, keeping the CCDS website updated, promoting cooperative efforts between CCDS staff and outside groups, and helping all CCDS staff in their efforts to obtain their personal goals as well as the center’s goals. Mrs. Hartman will also be enhancing and coordinating CCDS events, community outreach and fundraising efforts.
Monicah Jepkemboi
Clinical Research Coordinator
Monicah Jepkemboi prepares and submits proposals for research to the Institutional Review Board and interacts with the Human Research Protection Program office to prepare and submit budgets and contracts for the Industry Sponsored clinical trials. In addition, she recruits and consents patients for individual clinical and translational research projects. She also handles the regulatory paperwork for the CCDS clinical studies. Finally, Ms. Jepkemboi coordinates the activities of LACaTS on the LSU Health Shreveport campus.
