Louisiana State University Health Shreveport is committed to providing an online environment that is accessible to everyone who visits and provides a welcome and rewarding experience.

What are we doing to make our website accessible?

To assist us with making the LSU Health Shreveport website a positive experience for everyone, we utilize best practices and standards as defined by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and Level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

How are we doing?

We have worked diligently to meet accessibility standards with the LSU Health Shreveport website and believe we have achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you experience any challenges, please let us know.
