Annual Security Report

The LSUHS Annual Security Report contains information regarding campus safety and security including topics such as campus law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, campus alerts (Timely Warnings and Emergency Notifications), emergency response and evacuation procedures, programs to prevent dating and domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Also included are procedures LSU Health Shreveport follows when one of these crimes is reported, and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The ASR contains information about crimes statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in non-campus buildings and properties owned or controlled by LSU Health Shreveport or student organizations; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.

If you would like to receive a paper copy (no charge) of the Annual Security Report, you can request a copy to be mailed to you by contacting Angela Weaver at (318) 675-6162 or sending an email to angela.weaver@lsuhs.edu.
