Physiology PhD Students Receive Recognition and Award

We want to congratulate Brenna Pearson-Gallion, Naznin Sultana Remex and Luisa Delgadillo! All three are PhD candidates in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology.

Brenna was recently awarded a F31 grant from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Brenna's mentor is Dr. Wayne Orr, Professor and Director of the Research Division for Pathology and Translational Pathobiology, Director of the Center for Cardiovascular Diseases and Sciences

Naznin and Luisa were awarded prestigious Malcolm Feist Fellowships. Naznin Sultana Remex's mentor is Dr. Shenuarin Bhuiyan, Associate Professor of Pathology and Translational Pathobiology. Luisa Delgadillo's mentor is Dr. Chris Pattillo, Associate Professor of Molecular and Cellular Physiology.
