Physiology Graduate Students Recognized at Graduate Research Day

Congratulations to Luke White and Naznin Sultana Remex! Luke White, Graduate Assistant in the Alexander Lab, received first place for his Oral Presentation entitled, “Development and Performance Testing of the FALCON Emergency Ventilator”. Naznin Sultana Remex, Graduate Assistant in the Bhuiyan Lab, received second place in the Junior Division Poster Presentation for her poster entitled, “The Role of Sigma1 Protein in Lung Physiology”.

Graduate Research Day is an annual event hosted by the Graduate Student Council. It provides students and post-docs with the opportunity to share their research.
