Dhaval Patel graduates with his PhD and begins Postdoc Fellowship

Congratulations Dhaval! Dhaval Patel graduated with a PhD in June of 2018, and he then stayed in the Witt lab for one more year as a postdoc.

Dhaval published two beautiful papers over the last two years:

  1. Sorting Out the Role of α-Synuclein in Retromer-Mediated Endosomal Protein Sorting. Patel D, Witt SN. J Exp Neurosci. 2018 Aug 23;12:1179069518796215.
  2. In September of 2019, Dhaval started a postdoctoral fellowship in Dr. Heidi McBride’s lab at McGill University in Montreal.
