LSU Health Shreveport students, residents and faculty were recently inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. The 30 inductees were welcomed into the GHHS via a virtual induction ceremony on April 28. These new GHHS members join more than 35,000 medical students, physicians, and other leaders who have been inducted in to the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) since 2002, which recognizing students, residents and faculty who are exemplars of compassionate patient care and who serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine.
