More than 500 clinical and research faculty members are key to our mission of healing, teaching and discovery. Their dedication enables our students to receive a strong foundation in basic sciences, anatomy and clinical practice. Our faculty includes nationally and internationally known clinicians and researchers. Many have been recruited from major institutions around the country. Others chose to stay on our campus after graduation to teach the next generation of scientists and healthcare providers. Along with their support of our students, faculty members have a strong commitment to the communities in our region and participate in a variety of cultural, academic, athletic, philanthropic and religious activities that enhance the quality of life in the area.
