LSUHS Policy: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
The Office for Compliance and Investigation is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

The following procedures are available to individuals with disabilities on the LSUHS Campus for resolution of complaints regarding the disposition of an accommodation request or asserting any action that would be prohibited by the ADA.

  1. Employees, applicants for employment, students, prospective students, or the general public may file a grievance in writing to:

  2. Grievances must be submitted in writing within 14 business days of the original decision. The Office for Compliance and Investigation will commence an investigation, make findings, determine an appropriate resolution (within a reasonable timeframe given the circumstances of the compliant), and provide written notice of the decision to the complainant.
